Cherry Jones Set for BROADWAY TALKS WITH JORDAN ROTH, 10/27

92nd Street Y has announced that Jordan Roth, President of Jujamcyn Theaters, continues his popular interview series, "Broadway Talks with Jordan Roth," with award winning stage and screen star Cherry Jones on Sunday, October 27 at 7:30 p.m. Ms. Jones, the Emmy and Tony Award-winning star of "24" and Doubt, will return to the Broadway stage this season as Amanda Wingfield in Tennessee Williams's The Glass Menagerie.

Cherry Jones will return to Broadway in September as Amanda Wingfield in the American Repertory Theater (A.R.T.) production of Tennessee Williams' The Glass Menagerie, with Zachary Quinto, Celia Keenan-Bolger, and Brian J. Smith, directed by John Tiffany. Ms. Jones is a founding member of A.R.T., and earlier in her career appeared there in more than 25 productions, including Twelfth Night, The Three Sisters, and The Caucasian Chalk Circle. In May she will star in Sarah Treem's new play, When We Were Young and Unafraid, on Manhattan Theater Club's Stage I, where she originated the role of Sister Aloysius in John Patrick Shanley's Doubt, a performance for which she won Tony, Drama Desk, Lucille Lortel, Outer Critics Circle, and Obie Awards.
