Chaz Bono, the latest celebrity to be voted out of DANCING WITH THE STARS, has set his sights on a new goal: Broadway.

Bono told Good Morning America today that he'd love to appear on the Great White Way. When asked if he'd consider doing Broadway, he replied "In a hot second! Yes! If Broadway comes knocking, please. I'd be very happy to do anything. I'd love this experience."

Bono, who is transgender, took his final interview on the show as an opportunity to make a plea for acceptance to America. "I wanted to show America a different kind of man. If there was someone like me on TV when I was a kid, my whole life could have been different."

After harsh criticism from the judges after his performance on Monday night's show, Bono said: "If you're an overweight woman losing weight, they love you. If you're an overweight guy getting in shape, they penalize you for it. I was called a basketball, a penguin an ewok. I didn't appreciate it. If you're going to critique my dancing and give me constructive advice, that would be great. But I don't know how to be less penguin-esque, so I took offense with that!"

In regard to who he would now root for to win the infamous mirror ball trophy, Bono replied, "I loved everyone on this cast, so for me it can't be about personalities. I have to pick the best dancer. For me it's always been J.R.," says Bono. "And he's a great guy, I think we can all agree on that."
