As the dancers of Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater prepare for inspiring performances at BAM beginning June 10th, join former company member and Ailey School instructor, Tracy Inman, at CRUNCH Fort Greene on Monday June 7th at 7:30pm as he teaches a Horton group fitness class. The Horton technique, Ailey's signature technique and featured in Alvin Ailey's masterpiece Revelations, is designed to strengthen, stretch, and fortify the body, and known to develop a strong and lean physique, exemplified by the Ailey dancers.
