CLYBOURNE PARK Sets Broadway Dates; Opens April 19 for Limited Engagement

Jujamcyn Theaters President Jordan Roth announced today that Clybourne Park will open on Broadway at the Walter Kerr Theatre on Thursday, April 19 (preview performances begin on March 26) for a limited 16-week engagement. This is exactly one week later than the originally planned opening, making up for the time that was lost last week. Tickets are now on sale to American Express card holders (as of midnight Wednesday, February 8). T

ickets will go on sale to Lincoln Center Theatre members on Saturday, February 25, and to the general public on Saturday, March 3.
“We're thrilled that this masterwork will be a part of this exciting Broadway season,” Mr. Roth said in a statement. “Our dates are set, and we can't wait to welcome you!”

Written by Bruce Norris and directed by Pam MacKinnon, Clybourne Park will move to the Walter Kerr Theatre with the original cast including Crystal A. Dickinson, Brendan Griffin, Damon Gupton, Christina Kirk, Annie Parisse, Jeremy Shamos and Frank Wood, with sets by Daniel Ostling, costumes by Ilona Somogyi, lighting by Allen Lee Hughes, and sound by John Gromada.

The production is currently playing at Center Theatre Group/ Mark Taper Forum in Los Angeles through Sunday, February 26. Clybourne Park received its world premiere at Playwrights Horizons in 2010.
