Brian CharLes Johnson (Spring Awakening, American Idiot) and Chase Peacock (American Idiot) will join previously announced Emma Hunton and Andy Mientus at Mercury Lounge on February 27th.
Johnson and Peacock comprise Fran Sancisco, a new, up-and-coming hip hop/R&B group. Doors open at 7 PM, with Fran Sancisco kicking off the night at 7:30 PM. “Fire Without A Spark” will begin at 8:30 PM.
The band for “Fire Without A Spark” will feature Damien Bassman on drums, Rick Ippolito on bass, and Eli Zoller on Guitar. Zoe Sarnak will accompany on piano and guitar.
Emma Hunton (Next to Normal, Spring Awakening) and Andy Mientus (Carrie, Spring Awakening) revisit their roots with new interpretations and classic arrangements of the music of Bruce Springsteen in "Fire Without A Spark: Emma and Andy Cover Springsteen,” a one-night-only concert event taking place on February 27th .
Backed by a four-piece band, the evening will be music directed by Zoe Sarnak. The concert is produced by Rob Intile, Jr and Ashley Mas. Mercury Lounge is located at 217 East Houston Street. Tickets are ON SALE NOW, and are $12 in advance or $16 at the door.
