Boiler Room Theatre Presents RENT 10/1-31

The Boiler Room Theatre (in The Factory at Franklin, 230 Franklin Road, Bldg Six, Franklin) continues its 10th Anniversary season with the game-changing musical that defined a generation and heralded the beginning of a new age of Broadway musicals. Jonathan Larson's Pulitzer prize-winning musical based loosely on Puccini's opera La Boheme, this edgy rock operetta follows a year in the lives of seven friends living the disappearing Bohemian lifestyle in New York's East Village. Starring Ciarán McCarthy, Ben Van Diepen, James Rudolph, Mike Baum, Valerie Navarre, Michael Holder, Laura Matula and Heather Trabucco. Directed by Corbin Green with musical direction by Jamey Green.
