This Fall, stage and screen legend Barbra Streisand brings her concert tour across the United States. Titled 'Back to Brooklyn,' the tour stops tonight in Streisand's hometown, Brooklyn, New York, where she will perform at the Barclays Center. The concerts are co-directed by Richard Jay-Alexander and Streisand and feature musical direction by William Ross.
Special guests invlude Il Volo, Chris Botti and Streisand's son, Jason Gould.
According to the RIAA, Streisand is the #1 best selling female recording artist in history and the only woman to make the Top 10 all time best selling artists list, which includes Elvis Presley and The Beatles.
Over the course of her career, Streisand has recorded 50 gold, 30 platinum and 13 multi-platinum albums, all records for female performers. An artist of unparalleled accomplishments in multiple entertainment fields, Streisand has made her mark as an award winning actress of stage and screen, recording artist, concert performer, movie producer, film director, author and songwriter.
