America's favorite holiday tradition, the 86th Annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade®, returns to dazzle and enchant millions nationwide on Thursday, November 22. "The Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade" will take to the streets of New York City with a cornucopia of whimsical treats for the whole family. With more than 3.5 million spectators watching the revelry live -- and more than 50 million viewers tuned in to the magic nationwide -- the 86th edition of the world-famous spectacle promises to be the nation's largest Thanksgiving Day celebration.
The 86th Annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade will step off at 77th Street and Central Park West. The procession will travel down to Columbus Circle, turn onto Central Park South and march down a new path via 6th Avenue/Avenue of the Americas to 34th Street. At 34th Street, the parade will make its final turn west and end at 7th Avenue in front of Macy's Herald Square.

The fun will begin with performances from Broadway's best musicals, including "Annie," "Bring It On," Rodgers + Hammerstein's "Cinderella," "Elf" and "Nice Work If You Can Get It." In addition, the world-famous Radio City Rockettes® will join the presentation to help kick-off the holidays.
The Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade has been the nation's star attraction for decades, and this year, the "Today" show's Matt Lauer, Savannah Guthrie and Al Roker will host and treat viewers to Thanksgiving's best entertainment special. A CBS Thanksgiving tradition in its 52nd year, the special will feature portions of the 86th Annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade live from New York City, as well as performances by country music superstar Martina McBride. A three-time Academy of Country Music "Top Female Vocalist" award winner, four-time Country Music Association "Female Vocalist of the Year" and GRAMMY®-winning recording artist, McBride has sold more than 18 million albums and garnered six #1 hits throughout her career. Currently, McBride is in the middle of a U.S. tour featuring several one-night-only, intimate theater performances in support of her latest album, Eleven.
Performances during the parade will include the Broadway casts of the multi-Tony Award-winning production of "Once" and of the hit musical "Newsies."
For the second consecutive year, Broadway and country music star Laura Bell Bundy will offer an additional viewpoint of the parade as its "on-the-street" reporter during the event, as she reports and interacts with the crowd during the parade.
