BWW TV: Drama League Honors Patti LuPone Red Carpet

Each year, The Drama League's one-night-only gala concert boasts an incredible roster of Broadway's biggest and brightest stars, performing favorite songs from Broadway seasons past and present. This year, the show included performances highlighting Patti LuPone's unequalled stage career.

BroadwayWorld.com was on the scene at the red carpet to cover the star studded arrivals for this special night at The Pierre New York. 

All proceeds from "A MUSICAL CELEBRATION OF BROADWAY" support The Drama League, which was founded in 1916 as an association of theatre professionals and patrons dedicated to encouraging the finest in professional theatre and has since then developed into the theatre's premiere service organization

Adam Scull started freelancing in 1977, and was hired by the New York Post after the newspaper strike of 1978, where he started out as a general assignment staff photographer. One day he was put on the celebrity beat, and hasn't looked back since. Adam was a nightly fixture at the famed Studio 54 where he shot the rich and famous from all walks of life during disco's heyday. Adam started his photo agency PHOTOlink.net, in 1995, and just recently added PHOTOlink.TV, shooting video of the red carpet experience, which can be at times noisy & chaotic flash-popping bedlam, which is life the red carpet.
