BWW TV: Jeremy Kushnier Previews STEALING TIME at NYMF Press Day

Jeremy Kushnier (Jesus Christ Superstar, Footloose), Eden Espinosa (Wicked, Brooklyn), Rachel York (Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, Victor/Victoria) and Jack Noseworthy (A Chorus Line, Sweet Smell of Success) lead the cast of New York Musical Theater Festival's "Stealing Time," the latest work of writers/composers Tor Hyams and Lisa Neubauer. "Stealing Time" will play as a special event in the 2012 New York Musical Theater Festival at the PTC Performance Space. "Stealing Time" is the second NYMF project for Hyams coming off the success of "Greenwood" starring Andrea McArdle in the 2011 New York Musical Theater Festival.

Today, July 3, the New York Musical Theatre Festival hosted a press preview day in which several shows treated the audience to special performances.  On hand to represent "Stealing Time" was Jesus Christ Superstar alum Jeremy Kushnier, who performed the show's title number.  Click below to see him in action!

The full cast includes Lisa Rothauser, Donnie Kehr, Caitlin Kinnunen, Cassie Slater, Ben Nordstrom and Andrew Redlawsk.

"Stealing Time" follows two separately married individuals whose lives collide at just the right time. This developmental song cycle traces the search for individual truth and the overwhelming struggle to take risks on that path. Once this truth is uncovered, a journey of self-love, compassion, and honest communication sparks difficult choices two hearts can no longer deny; accepting the light of absolute love or retreating into the safety of complacency…Which would you choose?

"Stealing Time" will play at the PTC Performance Space (555 West 42nd Street) on Sunday, Jul 15th, 2012 at 9:30 pm and Monday, Jul 16th, 2012 at 9:00 pm.
