Today, we are excited to bring you the latest episode, featuring FIDDLER ON THE ROOF's Aaron Young!

Aaron is overjoyed to be making his Broadway debut in FIDDLER ON THE ROOF. Regional: Pittsburgh CLO ("Rolf," The Sound of Music), Goodspeed Opera House, 5th Ave. Theatre, NCT, Ordway, Merry-Go-Round("Joe Hardy," Damn Yankees). He also toured Japan as a soloist with the Tokyo Philharmonic. UNCO grad. Born and raised in Anchorage, AK. Many thanks to Mikey and the gang at TKO, Telsey & Co., and the Fiddler creative team. Chocolate Rugelach

Ingredients:

1 8oz Package of Cream Cheese Cubed
2 Sicks of Unsalted Butter Cubed
2 1/2 Cup Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips
Directions:
-Combine cubed cream cheese, butter and flour with electric mixer.
-Using your hands combine dough into one large ball.
-Cut dough into 4 equal sized segments.
-Roll out one forth of dough with a rolling pin into a thin even circle.
-Cut circle into 12 slices (like pizza)
-Crush chocolate chips into tiny pieces (keep all chocolate dust created)
-Evenly distribute chocolate onto slices.
-Roll each slice into little crescents.
-Brush each roll with melted butter.
-Bake at 350F for 18-22minutes.
-Share with loving family and friends...maybe even form a TRADITION!
