Broadway Cares/ Equity Fights AIDS is proud to present a one night only performance of You May Now Worship Me, a collection of musical short stories featuring Tony Award nominee Sherie Rene Scott, Monday, March 31 at 8 PM at The Eugene O'Neill Theatre (230 West 49th Street). The evening will benefit the Phyllis Newman Women's Health Initiative of The Actor's Fund.
You May Now Worship Me is conceived and written by Tony Awardâ nominee Dick Scanlan and Sherie Rene Scott, featuring direction by Tony Awardâ winner Michael Mayer, and musical direction by Tom Kitt.

Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS (BC/EFA) is the nation's leading industry-based, nonprofit AIDS fund raising and grant making organization. BC/EFA is the on-going, committed response from the American theater community to an urgent worldwide health crisis. By drawing upon the talents, resources and generosity of this community, BC/EFA raises funds for AIDS-related causes across the United States. The Phyllis Newman Women's Health Initiative dedicates a range of resources solely to addressing the health needs and concerns specific to women in the entertainment industry, providing direct services and financial assistance to many women who are often without health insurance. The Initiative has helped clients confront breast, cervical, and ovarian cancers; domestic violence, chemical dependency, mental health, and other conditions. The Phyllis Newman Women's Health Initiative was established by The Actors' Fund in 1996 with a $10,000 from Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. Since then BC/EFA has provided over $3 million in support. Over 1,800 women in the entertainment industry have benefited from social services and emergency financial assistance provided.
