According to a report by The Independent, Andrew Lloyd Webber has just cast Radio 1 breakfast personality Chris Moyles as King Herod in his revival of Jesus Christ Superstar.
"To receive a phone call from Andrew is very cool, but then when he asks you to be in his musical that's pretty amazing and there is only one thing to respond with... And that is yes! Absolutely! My mum's gonna be well excited," Moyles told The Independent.

The rock opera will be staged at the London's O2 Arena in September before launching on a national 40th anniversary tour.
Tim Minchin (Matilda co-writer) is set to play Judas Iscariot, and Nicole Scherzinger will play Mary Magdalene. The actor to play Jesus will be voted into the production by the public through the reality TV competition "Superstar," for which Lloyd-Webber serves as a judge.
