The UK Telegraph reports that Andrew Lloyd Webber has fallen under the spell of Susan Boyle, just like the rest of the planet!

He recently met Boyle, the internet sensation from Britain's Got Talent, at a recording studio in London and he told The Sun he had a role for her.

"She is a terrific sport and she's a great fan of my shows," he gushed to the paper.

"If she wanted to be in one, well it could happen. It would have to be the right role. Maybe I know what it could be, but I'm not telling. She's got a great future" Lord Lloyd Webber said although he had not seen her on the ITV reality TV show, he saw her on Michael Barrymore's My Kind Of People in 1995 reports the Telegraph. Britain's Got Talent sensation Susan Boyle has chosen the title song from the Andrew Lloyd Webber musical Whistle Down the Wind for her next performance on the program.

Boyle has won international stardom and world-wide affection for her earlier stunning performance of "I Dreamed A Dream" from Les Miserables. She appeared on the Oprah Winfrey Show this past week.

Boyle, an unemployed woman who's "nearly 48," talked about her cat, and joked around with the judges, noting that she had "never been kissed."

The entire audience prepared for the worst as she began her song, but, once she starting singing the crowd and judges were transported by her emotional and theatrical take on the number!

Whistle Down the Wind has been described by some as Andrew Lloyd Webber's best musical since The Phantom of the Opera. Based on the much loved film -- which made stars out of Haley Mills and Alan Bates -- Andrew Lloyd Webber and Jim Steinman's show is an extraordinary and uplifting tale about the transforming power of love, proving that goodness can be found in the strangest of places.

After a successful two-year run at the Aldwych Theatre in London, theatre producer/director Bill Kenwright launched the UK Tour of Whistle Down the Wind in 2001 after further developing the book and restructuring the show. Kenwright's version premiered at the Palace Theatre followed by a four-year tour.

Britain's Got Talent press notes describe the show's concept as follows, "a nationwide talent contest where the winner gets to perform their act for Prince Charles at the prestigious Royal Variety Show, pick up a cheque for £100,000, and catapult themselves towards superstardom.

The turbulent trio of Simon Cowell, Piers Morgan and Amanda Holden once again preside over the judging panel. They may bicker, they may snigger... but their manicured hands are always wickedly poised by their buzzers to puncture long-held ambitions in a splice. Join in the fun at the audition stage, as we surf the talent spectrum all the way from the sublime to the seriously awful!

Each auditionee takes to the stage hoping that their act will be the one to delight. The judges hold precious hopes in their hands, but they gleefully shatter those dreams with just the buzz of a buzzer, as soon as the act fails to impress. If there are three dreaded buzzes the audition is over; but a few hold the panel's attention. If they last the full 3 minutes onstage, they could be in luck!

When the thousands of hopefuls have been whittled down to 40 favourites, we hit a week-long love-in of live semi-final shows. Here's where judge opinion and public vote collide in a five-day variety extravaganza, until just 10 acts, hand-picked by the public remaining for the grand finale.

There will be tears, there may be tantrums, but one thing's for certain... one talented act, who proves Britain's Got Talent, will be crowned the ultimate winner by series hosts Ant & Dec".
