The Public Theater announced today that Alan Cumming, Montego Glover, Gabriel Kahane, Ethan Lipton, Kelli O’Hara, and Benjamin Walker would join the star-studded PUBLIC SINGS! benefit on Monday, March 5 at Joe’s Pub. This unforgettable evening will celebrate the rich history of musicals produced by The Public Theater, including HAIR, A Chorus Line, and Caroline, or Change, as well as new musicals in development like February House premiering at The Public this May. Directed by Daisy Prince with musical direction by Chris Fenwick, this one-night-only event will also include the previously announced Laura Benanti, David Byrne, Raul Esparza, Jesse L. Benefit tickets for PUBLIC SINGS! begin at the $1,000 Performer level, which includes preferred seating and a post-show reception, and range up to the $5,000 Producer level, which includes VIP seating and an opportunity to attend an exclusive sound check on the day of the performance. Tickets can be purchased by calling the Development Office at (212) 539-8554.
