Actors' Fund Announces L.A. Musical Monday Season

After the success of their 2006 series, The Actors' Fund returns with their 2007 sequence of exclusive and intimate Musical Mondays in the foyer of the Hollywood landmark. The series is offered in the tradition of special benefit events for The Fund, such as the star-studded staged readings of "Sunset Boulevard" and "Casablanca" held on the stage of the Pantages, and the recent success of the "Falsettos" at the Wilshire Theatre. The Actors' Fund serves thousands in the entertainment community each year with human services programs.

Alice Ripley and Emily Skinner, nominated for a Tony Award in 1998 for their amazing performance in the hit "Side Show," Ms. Ripley and Ms. Skinner are together again as you have never seen them before in Los Angeles on October 1st.

Grammy Award winner, singer-songwriter Melissa Manchester will  mix songs from her current CD "When I Look Down That Road" with her classic hits  "Midnight Blue," "Don't Cry Out Loud,"  "Come In From The Rain" and "Whenever I Call You Friend" as well as a few of her Broadway favorites on November 5th.

Last seen on Broadway in "The Producers" and on TV's "The Class," Tony Award -nominated recording artist Sam Harris is a performance you are not going to want to miss on December 3rd.

Performances begin at 8 p.m. at the Pantages Theatre, located at 6233 Hollywood Boulevard in Los Angeles.  Tickets are $125 per concert or all three for $300 and can be purchased by calling 323-933-9244 extension 59.
