Tickets are on sale now, at the box office (404-607ff-7469) or online at www.actors-express.com. Previews are $15; all other tickets start at $23; student and senior discounts available. (Some performances are already sold out!) Actor's Express is located at 887 W. Marietta Street, Suite J-107, Atlanta, Georgia 30318.

ABOUT SEMINAR

Four aspiring writers get the education of a lifetime when they sign up for a writing class under a brilliant, egomaniacal, world-famous author. The elite opportunity deteriorates into sardonic criticism as innocence and experience collide. No one is quite who they seem to be in this sharply funny piece, one of the biggest hits of the 2012 Broadway season.

"Seminar is a stellar example of a playwright's balancing the drama of a piece with its comedy. Nobody does it better than Theresa Rebeck", says Artistic Director, Freddie Ashley. "We are so very excited to produce another of her plays to close out our 25th anniversary Season! Though very different, her Mauritius remains a favorite among our patrons."

ABOUT THE CAST

Andrew Benator is in the role of egomaniacal and critical Leonard, the one-celebrated novelist, now relegated to the news desk. David Plunkett is Douglas, a bit of a name-dropper - particularly his own. Bryn Striepe as Izzy is keenly aware that she has beauty AND brains, and knows when to work which to her advantage. Cara Mantella is our Kate, prickly and defensive and anxious to prove herself. Barrett Doyle is Martin, shy, awkward, and broke-and whip-smart and idealistic.
