Aaron Tveit's sold out concerts in May at New York's 54 BELOW will be recorded and released by Broadway Records. "The Radio In My Head: Live At 54 BELOW" will be released digitally on September 6th and on CD on September 10, 2013. The CD is now available for pre-order at http://amzn.com/B00CDB2T1C.

Mixing Broadway with pop, childhood favorites with contemporary sounds, and superstar vocals with charismatic good looks, Tveit's cabaret debut will have them talking for years. Broadway embraced Aaron when he memorably created roles in Next to Normal and Catch Me if You Can, in addition to his performances in Hairspray and Wicked. Television audiences can soon tune in regularly for the debut of his new USA Network series, "Graceland", coming this June, and moviegoers were recently star-struck by his work in "LES MISERABLES".

"We are thrilled and honored to be working with Aaron on his debut album. We know his engagement at 54 BELOW will be nothing short of stellar and we are pleased to have this opportunity to preserve his performance for his fans," stated Van Dean, co-founder of Broadway Records.

Aaron Tveit's new album will be produced by Michael J. Moritz, Jr. and executive produced by Van Dean, Kenny Howard, of The Broadway Consortium, and Ken Mahoney. "The Radio In My Head" is the latest in the "Live at 54 BELOW" series that started earlier this year with albums by Patti LuPone, Norbert Leo Butz, Christiane Noll and Andrea McArdle. More albums in the series will be announced shortly.

Aaron will be performing at 54 BELOW on Friday, May 3rd at 11:00pm, Thursday, May 9th at 9:30pm, Friday, May 10th at 11:00pm, Saturday, May 11th at 11:00pm, Friday, May 17th at 11:00pm and Saturday, May 18th at 11:00pm.

Aaron Tveit is an American theatre, television, and film actor. Most recently Tveit can be seen portraying the character Enjolras in the 2012 film adaption of LES MISERABLES where he can be seen alongside Anne Hathaway, Hugh Jackman and Russell Crowe.

Tveits' next big gig will be his starring role in the original USA Network series GRACELAND coming to TV this summer. Graduating at the top of his class FBI rookie, Mike Warren (Aaron Tveit) anticipates a traditional DC desk job when he's unexpectedly shipped to "Graceland." Immediately thrown into his first undercover assignment, he relies heavily on the guidance of legendary FBI agent and mentor Paul Briggs (Daniel Sunjata). Briggs is an unusually Zen senior agent who notoriously hates the rule book and will go to any length to protect "Graceland" from the outside world.

Tveit starred on Broadway in CATCH ME IF YOU CAN, in the role of Frank Abagnale Jr and also created the role of "Gabe" in the Pulitzer Prize winning Broadway musical, NEXT TO NORMAL, which he developed off-Broadway at the Second Stage Theatre and debuted on Broadway.

Tveit has received numerous honors for his work in theatre including the Helen Hayes Award for Outstanding Supporting Performance in NEXT TO NORMAL and the Actors Equity Association Clarence Derwent Award for Most Promising Actor. Nominations included Distinguished Performance from the Drama League, Best Male Dancer from the Fred and Adele Astaire Awards, and Outstanding Featured Actor from the Outer Critics Circle Awards, all for his work in CATCH ME IF YOU CAN.

In addition to WICKED and HAIRSPRAY on Broadway, he starred in the national tours of Hairspray and Rent. He is featured on the cast recordings for CATCH ME IF YOU CAN and NEXT TO NORMAL .

Tveit's film credits include PREMIUM RUSH, HOWL, and GHOST TOWN. Television audiences know him from his recurring role of Trip Van der Bilt on GOSSIP GIRL, as well as numerous guest starring roles on THE GOOD WIFE, BODY OF PROOF, UGLY BETTY, and LAW AND ORDER: SVU.

54 BELOW, Broadway's nightclub, is the new performance venue in the grand tradition of New York City nightlife. A few blocks from the heart of Times Square and just below the legendary Studio 54, 54 BELOW is a classically designed state-of-the art nightclub in the theatre district that hosts audiences with warmth and style.

In their description of 54 BELOW, The New York Times writes "the club has the intimacy of a large living room with unimpeded views and impeccable sound; there is not a bad seat. Its sultry after-hours ambience is enhanced by brocade-patterned wall panels planted with orange-shaded lanterns. And the atmosphere is warmer and sexier than in Manhattan's other major supper clubs." The New York Post calls the venue "a gorgeous new cabaret space. With its heavy lineup of moonlighting Broadway stars, 54 Below has the congenial feel of a theater hangout where stars go to unwind and sing the songs that really matter to them. It's a pleasure to share their joy."

Designed by Tony Award winner John Lee Beatty and architect Richard Lewis, lit by Tony Award winner Ken Billington, and with sound by Tony Award nominee Peter Hylenski, 54 BELOW features an in-your-living-room intimate relationship between its performers and audiences. Tony Award winner Scott Wittman serves as Creative Consultant and MAC Award Winner Phil Geoffrey Bond serves as Director of Programming. André J. Marrero is the Executive Chef of the new venue, which provides a food and beverage menu from early evening through the wee hours of the morning that is worthy of the world-class entertainment on the stage. Bringing together his love of the arts with his passion for cooking and hospitality, Chef André has created a market driven contemporary bistro menu that includes ingredients sourced from all over the world.

54 BELOW is owned and operated by Tony Award winning producers Tom Viertel, Marc Routh, Richard Frankel and Steven Baruch.

54 BELOW is located at 254 West 54th Street. Tickets and information are available at www.54Below.com.
