A post-punk foursome from Sussex, England, THE ACADEMICS put the "nerd" back in nerd rock with their theatrical concerts. They are the creators of the scarcely known, though scarcely understood, chamber musicals: It's All Relativity and Reference This! Ever-dedicated to the preservation of the English language, they are also the proud founders of the not-for-profit organization: Save the Semicolon.
