Anchored in Love, A Musical Tribute will be performed Monday, January 30, 2012 at 9pm at The Triad Theater on 72nd Street. All proceeds of the night will be donated to Camp ANCHOR’s building fund in honor of Jamie Malone, Paige Malone and Michael Mulhall. Jamie, Paige and Michael were counselors at Camp ANCHOR on Long Island and were in a fatal car crash in July of 2010.
The camp is a year-round camp for children and adults with special needs who live in the Town of Hempstead. The performance will feature original songs, familiar ones and a brand new arrangement done by Eric Daino. More information on Camp ANCHOR may be found at the camp’s website, www.campanchor.org.
Performances by (subject to change) will include Anthony Lee Medina, Cailan Rose, Christina Sajous, Dana Harper, Emily Tarpey, Jake Loewenthal, Justin Link, Kimiko Glenn, Lauren Elder, Matthew J. Riordan, Norman Payne, Robi Hager with musical direction by Kristen Lee Rosenfeld, Anthony Rubbo on guitar, Joseph Wallace on bass and Jeremy Yaddaw on drums.
