Polyester shirts, halter tops, platform shoes and 10 years of groundbreaking music will be brought to life on stage in 8-TRACK, The Sounds of the 70's, playing May 21 through September 27 at the CLO Cabaret. 8-TRACK, The Sounds of the 70's is a joyous journey through the greatest hits of the 1970s, starring the music of The Emotions, The Carpenters, The Doobie Brothers, Labelle, Barry Manilow, Marvin Gaye, The Bee Gees, Helen Reddy and many more! With its powerful rhythms and dazzling harmonies, 8-TRACK, The Sounds of the 70's is a powerful good time. Put on your polyester shirt, wrap-around skirt, platform shoes (don't forget your mood ring) and boogie down to ten years of groundbreaking music.

8-TRACK, The Sounds of the 70's is the first production of the 2009-10 CLO Subscription Series that offers convenient packages of exciting nights and fun-filled entertainment. The 2009-10 CLO Subscription Series also features Forever Plaid and Nunsense.

Since 1946, the Pittsburgh CLO has been the driving force behind live musical theater in Pittsburgh and the entire Southwestern Pennsylvania region. Pittsburgh CLO is a not-for-profit arts organization that appreciates the support of nearly 200,000 patrons each year.
