$5 Discount Offered for Fairy Tale Shows at Galli Theater
Kids and adults will be able to cool off from the hot weather with children's favorite fairy tale shows at Galli Theater this summer. A $5 discount on all tickets can be redeemed when purchasing tickets online with code "SUMMER". Shows begin at 2 p.m. every weekend and are followed by an acting workshop for the kids on Saturdays.

SLEEPING BEAUTY - JULY 23, 24, 30, and 31 at 2 p.m.
Galli's Sleeping Beauty is an uplifting remake of the original Grimm story. A witty king and his queen intentionally forget to invite the Thirteenth fairy to their first born daughter's Rose birthday celebrations. As a result the wicked witch curses the princess and her kingdom with a hundred-year sleep and only the "right" prince can awaken her again.

JULY: THE LITTLE MERMAID - JULY 23, 24, 30, and 31 at 2 p.m.
In this uplifting remake of the original Hans Christian Anderson story a young mermaid gives up her life under the sea to gain a human soul and the love of a human prince. The wicked Sea Witch gives her human legs in exchange for her beautiful voice.

THE AFTER SHOW WORKSHOP
In the after-show workshop children are encouraged to dress up in costumes and act out their favorite fairy tale characters. The workshop is followed by a mini performance for the adults. "Galli's Fairytale Theater is a perfect place to bring your children and make them feel comfortable about the stage, the experience of theater, and maybe even the art of being in it," said Carol Cain, Managing Editor of NY Metropolista.
