Amanda Green, nominated for BEST ORIGINAL SCORE for HANDS ON A HARDBODY
"I didn't watch it live because I didn't know where to look for it and I was too nervous. Then a friend of mine called and was very non-chalant and she blurted it out that I had received the nomination! It is incredibly meaningful to me because I've been at this for a long time and its just lovely to be recognized. Hands on a Hardbody is so near and dear to my heart and I was so thrilled to be able to celebrate with Trey and Keala and Keith - I'm just thrilled for all of them and for the fact that we were recognized. I'm also so happy for BRING IT ON. My good friend Jenny just came over and we're gonna start writing so that's always a good way to celebrate and then I'll probably go out for dinner with my husband!"
