Ten bands will come together here at the Knit to celebrate the release of Adeline Records' compilation album The Thing That Ate Larry Livermore. The compilation is curated by Larry Livermore, whose career endeavors range from founding Lookout magazine, to co-founding Lookout! Records (released records by Operation Ivy, Green Day, Screeching Weasel), to writing for Maximum Rocknroll magazine, Punk Planet magazine, punk zine Absolutely Zippo and Verbicide magazine. Surely, the man is more than qualified to choose the bands who have contributed to this fine specimen of punk rock bliss.

The Copyrights, who hail from Carbondale, Illinois, have put out five albums and toured the country. Their blend of frenetic pop punk will tug at your heartstrings and fill you with an inescapable desire to jump around.

Dear Landlord, who share members with the Copyrights, carry the torch high, burning brightest when they step to the mic together for anthemic choruses cut by snotty leads and broken wrists flying at breakneck speeds.

Emily's Army craft heartfelt teenage anthems dealing in cautionary tales, politics, and the pressures of adolescence. The band has toured up and down the California coast as well as in New York City, and their 2010 album Don't Be a Dick was produced by Greenday's Billie Joe Armstrong.

House Boat is a pop punk group featuring members of The Steinways, Dear Landlord, and The Ergs.
