Performances for the World Premiere of DEATH BECOMES HER begin tomorrow, April 30, 2024, at Broadway In Chicago’s Cadillac Palace Theatre (151 West Randolph Street, Chicago, IL) for a limited five-week engagement, April 30 – June 2, 2024. Madeline Ashton is the most beautiful actress (just ask her) ever to grace the stage and screen. Helen Sharp is the long-suffering author (just ask her) who lives in her shadow. DEATH BECOMES HER features a book by Marco Pennette, an original score by Julia Mattison and Noel Carey, music supervision by Mary-Mitchell Campbell, orchestrations by Doug Besterman, dance & incidental music arrangements by Sam Davis, and music direction by Ben Cohn. DEATH BECOMES HERis directed and choreographed by Tony Award winner Christopher Gattelli, with associate director Bethany Pettigrew, staging supervisor Mark Myars, and associate choreographer .
